This Statement does not apply to information we process strictly on behalf of an engagement client under a signed professional agreement; that processing is governed by the engagement agreement and our professional obligations. • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you type into a booking form, consultation request, questionnaire, chat message or lead form (for example, what you need help with and your business or tax situation).
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password managed by our authentication provider.
• Purchase information: if you buy a product or a paid session, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only the order, amount, and payment status.
• Appointment information: the date, time, type, status and notes of sessions you book, including attendance or rescheduling records.
• Technical information: basic device, browser and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how our website and advertising perform.

• To send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and service-related messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We collect and use your information with your consent (which you give by submitting a form or requesting a service), to perform a service you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to records we must retain by law.

We share information only with the providers that make our Services work, and only to the extent required. These include our website and database hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling appointments, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each provider is bound to protect your data and may store it outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or a professional regulatory body.

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure the results of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and financial records are kept for the periods required by Canadian tax and professional standards (generally at least six years). When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and available only to those who need it to deliver our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, or withdraw your consent to further contact.
